Christmas Chocolate Cake

Hi friends..
Merry Christmas to all of you !!!
Again here I made Christmas  chocolate cake with lots of chocolate  on Christmas and wishes for my Zayka team and family…….

Chocolate cake-1

Ingredients:

Cocoa powder -2tbsp

All purpose flour-1&1/2 cups

Sugar-3/4 cup

Baking powder-1/3tsp

Baking Soda-3/4tsp

Pinch salt

Milk-3/4 cup

Oil- 4tbsp

Dark chocolate-1/2cup

Chocolate flakes-1/2cup

Chocolate pearls-2tbsp

Recipe:

1) Sieve your dry ingredients of chocolate cake in a bowl. Then mix wet ingredients and beat it for 4-5 minutes

3) Take a cake tin and brush it with oil. Transfer the batter.

4) Place in the preheated (180 degrees) oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

5) The cake is ready when you see brown colour on the top or the toothpick comes out clean.

6) Melt dark chocolate in doubled boiler then coating it cake from all sides.

7) Garnish with chocolate flakes and pearls

6) Cool it on a rack for 10 minutes in fridge and then transfer to a plate.

Ingredients:

Chocolate Cake

Vanilla Cake

Vanilla essence-1tsp

All purpose flour-1 1/2 cups

Sugar-3/4 cup

Baking powder-1tsp

Pinch salt

Milk-1cup

Oil- tbsp

Chocos- White and dark- 1 cup for garnishing

Recipe:

1) Sieve your dry ingredients of chocolate cake in a bowl. Then mix wet ingredients and beat it for 4-5 minutes

2) Do the same thing for Vanilla cake!

3) Now, both batters are ready. Take a cake tin and brush it with oil.

4) Transfer the batter alternately (Chocolate then Vanilla).  Put the chocos on batter

5) Place in the preheated (180 degrees) oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

6) The cake is ready when you see brown colour on the top or the toothpick comes out clean.

7) Cool it on a rack for 10 minutes and then transfer to a plate.

Dates Brownie sizzler

Sardi mein ice cream ka maza toh ice cream lovers ko he pata hai…. So in this winter I tried this healthy (because of dates) sizzler with chocolate sauce…

Dates Desert Brownie

Ingredients:

Dates Chocolate Brownie:

Cocoa powder -2tbsp

All purpose flour-1 1/2 cups

Chopped dates-1/2cup

Sugar-3/4 cup

Baking powder-1/3tsp

Baking Soda-3/4tsp

Pinch salt

Milk-3/4 cup

Oil- 4tbsp

Vanilla Ice cream or any flavour you like

Chocolate Sauce for garnishing

Recipe:

1) Sieve your dry ingredients in a bowl. Then mix wet ingredients and beat it for 4-5 minutes

3) Now, batter is ready. Take a cake tin and brush it with oil.

5) Place in the preheated (180 degrees) oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

6) The Brownie is ready when you see brown colour on the top or the toothpick comes

out clean.

7) Cool it on a rack for 10 minutes and then transfer to a plate. Cut the pieces of

Brownie

8) Put Sizzler plate on gas and heat on medium flame then add 1 tbsp ice cream and

put the brownie pieces then spread ice cream on it and garnish with chocolate

sauce. Put off gas

Serve immediately to your family members and friends and celebrate the Christmas

 

 

Tooty Fruity Sooji Cake

With Christmas and New year coming , cakes are such a big hit..

The only worry being that eating too much of cake is not healthy …so I thought what can I make for my family which they can eat guilt free..

Presenting the first cake in ‪#‎ZKTcakes‬ – Healthy and Delicious Tooty Fruity Sooji Cake..

Tooty Fruity Sooji Cake

Ingredients:

Sooji:1 cup

All purpose flour or whole wheat flour: 1/2cup

Tooty Fruity: 1/4cup

Sugar: 3/4 cup

Coconut powder: 3/4 cup

Milk: 1cup

Vanilla Essence: 1 tbsp

Olive Oil: 4 tbsp

Baking soda: 1/4 tsp

Baking Powder: 3/4 tsp

Pinch of salt

Tooty Fruity: 1/4cup for garnishing

Recipe:

1) Sieve the suji and all purpose flour or whole wheat flour: Mix all the ingredients.

2)  Add milk in the mix ingredients for 8-10 minutes so that the batter becomes fluffy.

3) Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

4) Take the baking pan and grease it with oil. Now pour the batter in it and sprinkle  tooty fruity then immediately put it in the preheated oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes. Take it out.

Yummy butter free eggless tooty fruity suji cake is ready  to serve and enjoy with family and friends.

 

 

Fararri Lauki Dal

Gram dal and Lauki what a wonderful combo in this winter….today I made this and enjoy it alot with garma garm chapati….

Ferrari dal

Ingredients

Gram Dal-1 bowl

Chopped Bitter Guard (Lauki)

Chopped Onion-1/2 bowl

Chilly Garlic paste-1tbsp

Chopped Coriander leaves-2tbsp

Lemon juice-1tbsp

Whole red chilli-3-4 pieces

Spices-Salt, Turmeric powder. Cummins seeds, Hing, Red chilli powder ,Garam masala as per your taste

Ghee- 2tbsp

Recipe:

  1. Wash the gram dal properly
  2. Put cooker on high flame then add wash dal and chopped lauki, half glass of water, salt and turmeric powder. Take two whistles. Put off the gas.
  3. Put pan on the gas then add ghee on low flame. Add cummins seeds, hing, whole red chilli, chopped onion, chilli garlic paste then sauté it then add all remaining spices and sauté it. When ghee start to separate then add boiled dal and lauki. Mix it properly and put of gas after one boil.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.

CARROT COCONUT DILBAHAR

Special guest ke liye special toh banta hai….

Today I prepared dinner for very special guest or I can say a family member near to my heart….so I made this sweet dish with dil and payaar and lots of love to Megha Bhurat Bhandari…welcome

 Carrot Coconut Dilbahar

Ingredients:

Grated Carrot- 2 bowl

Coconut Powder- 1 bowl

Ghee – 3 tbsp

Milkmaid – 3/4 bowl

Elaichi Powder – 1/2tsp

Chopped Dry nuts –   Kaju, almomd, pista and kishmish – 1/2 bowl

Coconut powder for garnishing.

Recipe:

  1. Put pan on the gas then add ghee and heat it.
  2. Add chopped drynuts and sauté drynuts for 2-3 minutes on medium flame then take it out.
  3. Add grated carrot and cook it for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Do stirring continuously then add coconut powder, dry nuts, eliachi powder and milkmaid and mix it properly. Put off gas.
  4. Take small portion of the mixture and make round balls.
  5. Garnish with coconut powder then kept in fridge for ½ an hour to set it.
  6. Take it out from fridge.

 

Now, Carrot coconut dilbahar is ready to serve and eat with family

Banana Chocolate Pops

‪#‎zktkids:

Kids special series and chocolate recipe na ho….unfair!!! But as a mother I always try to give some nutritional….so today I tried these pops….

Banana POP

Ingredients:

Banana- 2 piecel

Dark compound chocolate -1 bowl

Vermicilles-different types, gems and cashew nuts -4 tbsp

Lolly sticks-4

Aluminium foil for wrapping  the sticks

Recipe

  1. Dark compound Chocolate to melt in double boiler.
  2. Cut banana in to two half pieces.
  3. Insert stick in centre from cut side of banana pieces
  4. Now dip the banana pice in the melted chocolate properly. If some places left then put melted chocolate with the spoon.
  5. Garnish with different types of vermicilles, gems and cashew nuts.
  6. Now keep it on butter paper or stand on thermocol then kept for 3-5 minutes in fridger to set.
  7. Wrap the remaining part of stick with aluminium foil.
