Russian Salad

Ingredients:

Sliced Tomato and cucumber: 1 bowl

Sliced Carrot: 1 bowl

Long sliced green or purple cabbage: 1 bowl

Roasted peanuts: 1/2bowl

 Dressing ingredients

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Honey- 1 tbsp

Salt- ½ tsp

Black pepper powder-1/4tsp

Olive oil- 1 tbsp

Red chili flakes-1/4 tsp

Dry herbs-1/4 tsp

Sliced Lemon for garnishing

Mint leaves for garnishing

 Recipe:

  1. Take chopped ingredients in one large size bowl then add dressing ingredients except garnishing ingredients and mixed it properly.
  2. Take one large size plate then arrange sliced ingredients then garnish with sliced lemon and mint leaves.

Ready to eat and enjoy with family and friends

Ingredients:

 Chopped Red, green and Yellow Capsicum:- 1 bowl

Chopped Tomato and cucumber- 1 bowl

Lemon juice: 2 tbsp

Honey- 1 tbsp

Salt- ½ tsp

Olive oil- 1 tbsp

Red chilly flakes-1/4 tsp

Recipe:

  • Take chopped ingredients in one large bowl then  add remaining ingredients including olive oil.
  • Mix it properly and serve immediately.
  • Ready to eat and enjoy with family and friends

Ingredients

Whole Green Dal (Moong)- 1/2bowl

Moth-1/2 bowl

Whole Black Gram Dal (Chana)-1 bowl

Recipe:

  1. Wash all ingredients properly then soaked in water for 5-7 hours then take it out from it.
  2. Now kept in sprout maker or air tight box for 5-7 hours.You can keep it in cotton cloth and tight it for 5-7 hours.  Take it out grow sprouted in the plate.
  3. You can make many dishes like salad, snacks, partaha, kachori, pakode etc.

 

 

 

Chatpata Masala moth.

Whole moth dal-1 bowl

Chopped tomato-1/2 bowl

Chopped green chilli and gnger-1tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Spices-salt-1/2tsp, tumeric powder-1/2tsp, red chilli powder-1/2tsp, coriander powder-1tsp, chat masala-1/2tsp, black salt-1/4tsp Cummins seeds-1/2tsp and Hing-1/4tsp Vegetable oil-2tsp

Recipe 1 Soaked moth in water for 4-6 hours thentake out from water.

2. Put pan on gas and add oil then heat on medium flame. Add cummins seeds and hing.

3. Add chopped  tomato, green chilli and ginger. Saute it  then add remaining spices and add one cup of water. Cook  it for 10-15 minutes or till it oil separates from spices.

4. Add soaked moth dal in it and mix it properly  and cover with plate then cook it for 15-20 minutes on low flame. You can add water if required. Put off gas.

5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Now Chatpata Masala Moth is ready to serve  

Healthy and Nutritious Indian Recipe: Chana Matki Masala

Mom I want protein in my lunch and no daal pls…daal Kha Kha Kar I am bored…Mujhe kuch tasty khana hai Mumma!! So based on my daughters demand – I made “Chana Matki Masala” today..without oil.

KALE MOTE CHANNE

Ingredients:

Black Channa (Large size)- 200gm.

Mint leaves- 15-20

Ginger- one small piece

Green Chilli- two small pieces

Corriender leaves- 15-20

Olive oil- 2tbsp

Roasted jeera powder-1tbsp

Jeera (Cummin seeds)- 1tbsp

Dry whole corriender- 2tbsp

Hingh (Asfoieteda)- one pinch

Whole red chilli- one piece

Imli Pulp- 4tbsp

Sugar- 1/2 -1 tsp

Salt, Black salt, Chat Massala and Garam Massala as per your taste

Garlic if you like

Recipe:

1. Boil black channa with salt in pressure cooker upto 4-5 whistles.

2. Put olive oil in pan and heat it. Add jeera, dry whole corriender,hingh and Whole red chilli then put off gas

3. Now cool the oil then add  imli pulp, mint leaves, chat massala, garam massala, roasted cummin powder, salt, balck salt, sugar green chilli and ginger. Churn this mixture in the mixer for  2 minutes.

4. Put Boil black channa in matki or bowl then add churn mixtrue (dressing) on channa and garnish with corriender leaves.

Now healthy and nutritious matki chnna massala is ready to eat.
