Today is a very very special day in our household and I was asked by my daughter to make something I have never made and at the same time which is unique, tasty and healthy. .
With so many conditions put by my daughter, I had to come up with something afterall how can I say no to her.. .
Aaj ka Weekend Special Brunch – Jhatpat and Yummy Papad Vegetable Tacos..
Moong Dal Papad or any Papad :1 piece (small size)
Grated Cabbage: 1 bowl
Chopped Capsicum: 1 bowl
Chopped Onion: 1 bowl
Chopped Tomato: 1 bowl
Chopped Boiled Potato: 1 bowl
Grated Paneer: 2 tbsp
Chopped Green Chili: 1 piece
Grated Ginger: 1 piece
Any other vegetable that you have at house can also be used.
Spices: Salt, Red Pepper, Black Salt, Chaat Masala, Garam Masala.
- Mix all the above items and spices except papad .
- Heat the papad and make sure it is well cooked.
- Immediately as soon you take the papad from the gas, fold the papad from the center such that it has space in between to fill the mixture prepared above.
- Fill the mixture in between and papad tacos are ready.
Serve with green chutney or any other dip to your family and Enjoy!!
