Jodhpur special kaju Anjeer (fig) shake full of nutrition and perfect diet for fast with dry nut namkeen… what a combination!!!! Try this and Happy fasting…..

Kaju Anjeer shake

Ingredients:

Milk-1 glass

Sugar-1 tbsp or as per your taste

Ice cubes-1 bowl

Cashew nuts- 5-7 pieces

Anjeer(Fig)-7-9 pieces

Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

Saffron leaves-4-5 leaves

Recipe:

  1. Soaked Kaju and Anjeer with water for 2-3 hours
  1. Boil milk then cool it. Put milk, sugar, cashew nuts and 5-7 pieces of Anjeer in the mixer and grind it for 3-5 minutes.
  1. Now add ice cubes, cardamom powder, saffron leaves then grind it for 3-5 minutes so ice cubes is crushed properly.
  1. Put in the glass and garnish with chopped Anjeer

Now cashew nuts and Anjeer shake is ready to serve.

Banana strawberry shake

Tea time… it is not necessary ke rooz tea he banaye jaye specially on Sundays….so today I made this shake rich in fiber and taste…. perfect for summers……

 

Banana strawberry shake

Ingredients:

Milk- 1 glass

Chopped Banana: 1 cup

Chopped Strawberry: 1 cup

Vanilla Ice cream : 2tbsp

Sugar-1 tsp or as per your taste

Icecubes-1 bowl

Recipe:

  1. Boil milk then cool it. Put milk, sugar, chopped banana and strawberry in the mixer and grind it till all ingredients are mixed properly.
  2. Now add ice cubes and vanilla ice cream then grind it till ice cubes are crushed properly.
  3. Put in the glass and garnish with strawberry slices

Now Banana Strawberry Shake  is ready to serve.
