Mango Falooda

Ingredients:

Falooda Sev: 1 bowl

Milk: 1/2 liter

Milk Powder: 4 tablespoons

Mango Pulp: ½ bowl

Sabja ke seeds: 1 teaspoon

Vanilla Ice cream: ½ bowl

Roohafza

Sugar syrup: 2 teaspoon

Crushed Ice: ½ bowl

Recipe:

  1. Soak sabja seeds in water for 2-3 hours.
  2. Put pan on the gas and add milk then heat it on medium flame.
  1. Add milk powder in half bowl water and mix properly, then add in milk and stir it continuously for 15-20 minutes or when it becomes 1/4th by volume, on medium flame.
  2. Add mango pulp in above and mix it properly then put the gas off.
  3. Boil falooda sev and sieve it from water.
  4. Take a transparent glass and now make layers in this order   
  • Crushed ice
  • Sugar syrup
  • Vanilla Cream one scoop
  • Falooda sev
  • Mango rabdi
  • Roohafja
  • Sabja seeds
  • Mango rabdi
  • Falooda sev
  • Vanilla Ice cream

The yummy mango falooda is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!!

Homemade Butterscotch Icecream!

Melted sugar, Caramel, butter, and a dash of vanilla on  Butterscotch ice cream is a very famous and on demand ice cream in Parlours.
I tried this in my Zayka kitchen and from now, no need to go to ice cream parlour for my family:)

So enjoy this yummy butterscotch ice cream combo and beat the heat.

Butter Scotch Icecream

Ingredients:

Cream: 200 ml

Milk: ½ cup

Milk Powder: 2 tablespoon

Butter scotch essence: ½ teaspoon

Vanilla essence: 5-6 drops

Crushed Sugar: 4 tablespoon

Chopped cashew nuts- 2 tablespoon

Butter-1 tablespoon

Recipe:

  1. Put pan on the  gas. Now add 2 tablespoon crushed sugar, caramel and chopped cashew nuts in the pan. Saute the above and mix 1 tablespoon butter in it. Switch off the gas. Take the mixture out in a plate and spread it. When the mixture cools down, churn in the mixture to make it coarse (dardara).
  1. Take two bowls. Add cream in one bowl and chilled water in other bowl. Put cream bowl on chilled water bowl and whip it properly with hand blender or beater for 5-7 minutes. When cream is whipped, then put away the blender.
  2. Add milk powder, crushed sugar and milk in the whipped cream above. Now whip this mixture again with hand blender for one minute.
  3. Add caramelized cashew nut mixture ( prepared in step 1) and butter scotch essence in cream mixture and mix it properly with spoon.
  4. Now put this mixture in air tight container and keep it in freezer for 7-8 hours to set it.

Now the ice-cream is ready to be enjoyed by your family!

 

Betel (Paan) Ice Cream

Thandi Thandi Paan (Betel) wali Ice Cream!!!

My daughter wanted a new variant of ice cream ( not the usual one last
Like vanilla , butter scotch or kulfi).,

So I decided to surprise her with this new variant as she likes paan a lot!!!

Betel (Pan) Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Milk: 3 cup

Milk Powder: 1 cup

Cream or Malai: 1 cup

1/2 cup: Crushed Sugar or as per taste

Corn Flour: 3 tsp

Chopped Betel leaves (Pan): 2

Gulkand: 2tbsp

Recipe:

1) Take the milk powder and corn flour and mix or beat it with a little water so that it becomes smooth in texture.

2) Pour milk in a deep pan and put it on stove or gas. Now add the milk powder & corn flour mixture.

3) Keep stirring the milk till it starts boiling.

4) Take the pan off from the gas and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.

5) Now in a mixer, add the milk, sugar, malai or cream, betel leaves and gulkand. Now start the mixer and   let it mix. Switch off the mixer. Do this for 4-5 times so that it properly gets mixed. (In case you don’t have mixer, then add all this in a bowl and mix it with hand for 3~5 minutes. The ice cream will still come out to be soft)

7) Now pour in ice cream mould or box and freeze it in the freezer. In 8-10 hours, soft and delicious Betel ice cream is ready to eat.

8) Take it out from freezer and `cut in pieces or scoop it out and serve it.

 

Fruits Sweets Pudding

 

Fruits and sweet pudding

Ingredients:

Ice cream (Any two flavor that you like) : 1 bowl

Fresh Whipped Cream : 100 gm

Sweet Cake or Plain cake which you like: 1 small packet

Fruits: Apple, Grapes, Pomogreen etc. – whatever is available in your household

Any two sweets  (Bundi laddu and mawa cake) 0r as you like (

Fruit Cherry : 2 tablespoon

Chocolates and Fruit Cherry or  ( M&M or Indian Candy  Gems for kids for garnishing)

Recipe:

  Take a big transparent pudding bowl and now make layers in this order:

  1. Biscuit
  2. Whipped cream
  3. Chopped Fruits
  4. Ice Cream
  5. Small Pieces of Cake
  6. Ice Cream other flavour
  7. Crushed Bundi laddu and Mawa cake
  8. Ice cream any flavour
  9. Whatever is remaining, add that now in layer
  10. Now kept the bowl in the freezer for 3-4 hours
  11.  Take out from freezer and  garnish it with grated chocolate pieces, pomogreen  and fruit cherry.

The yummy Indian style  fruit sweets pudding is ready to eat . Enjoy!!!!

Kiwi Candy

Cool cool tangy na.. na cool cool Candy.Ingredients

Kiwi Crush-1/2 bowl

Lemon Juice-1 tbsp

Chaat Masala-1/4tsp

Black salt-1/4 tsp

Crushed sugar as per your taste and if required

Water- 1 glass

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients in kiwi crush.Then add water and mix it properly with spoon.

2. Now fill it in ice cream mould. Keep in freezer for 7-9 hours.

It is ready to serve and enjoy with family!!

4) Keep stirring the milk till it starts boiling.

5) Take the pan off from the gas and let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.

6) Now in a mixer, add the milk, add cut pieces of mango, sugar and malai or cream. Now start the mixer and let it mix. Switch off the mixer. Do this for 4-5 times so that it properly gets mixed.

7) Now pour in icecream mould or box and freeze it in the freezer. In 8-10 hours, soft and delicious ice cream is ready to eat.

Who doesn’t love Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream?

It’s my son’s favorite dessert every day. So here is the recipe for you all to share with your family and kids.

Ingredients:

Milk : 3 cup

Milk Powder: 1 cup

Cream or Malai : 1 cup

3/4 cup : Crushed Sugar

Fresh Strawberry : 5-8

or Strawberry Crush – 2 tbsp
